1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used pet beds, toys, or clothing (due to hygiene reasons)

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • The refund amount will reflect any applied discounts

5. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you promptly.
