Processing Time

Our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers based on inventory and location. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages within a few days of one another.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Returned Packages & Failed Deliveries
If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
If your package is returned to us and 30 days pass without resolution, you will need to place a new order—we’ll offer free shipping on the replacement and also send your original order again if inventory allows.
