Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Thursday).

Please allow extra time (up to 3 days) for orders placed on Friday to Sunday.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers based on inventory and location. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages within a few days of one another.

• United States, Europe, Australia: 8–16 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Because we begin processing your order quickly, cancellations and changes to your shipping address are not guaranteed once your order is placed. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at:

Returned Packages & Failed Deliveries

If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If your package is returned to us and 30 days pass without resolution, you will need to place a new order—we’ll offer free shipping on the replacement and also send your original order again if inventory allows.
